What we collect
Name, email address, phone number and any details you submit through our forms; account credentials managed by our authentication provider; purchase records (plan, amount, status) and Stripe payment references; and anonymous usage analytics such as page views, locale and time zone. We never receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
To deliver and secure your AI sessions, process payments and refunds, send receipts and service emails, verify student eligibility, provide support, and improve the product. With your consent we may send occasional updates; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our cloud hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and the conversational video provider that powers the avatar session. We do not sell personal data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised ML4Lyfe administrators. Session links are issued per order and revoked on refund.
