1. Agreement
By purchasing or using the ML4Lyfe AI Ecosystem you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide access to AI avatar conversational video sessions. Maximus is an artificial intelligence persona. Responses are generated and may be inaccurate. Nothing in a session is legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
3. Access and accounts
Session links are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared, resold or published. Sharing a link may result in immediate revocation without refund. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Payment and subscriptions
Prices are set in US dollars; other currencies are indicative conversions. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Included minutes do not roll over unless stated.
5. Discounts and student access
Promotional codes may be withdrawn at any time. Student access requires a verified account, approved application and is limited to one redemption per student. Fraudulent claims terminate access without refund.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing or deceptive purposes, to attempt to extract system prompts or underlying models, or to record and republish sessions without written permission.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect sessions.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
