Unused single sessions
If you have not opened your session link, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Technical failure
If a session fails because of a fault on our side, we will re-issue access or refund you in full — your choice.
Used sessions
Once a session has been held, it is generally non-refundable. If the experience fell short, contact us and we will review it case by case.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded, but unused full periods purchased in error are.
How to request
Email info@ML4Lyfe.com or use the support form with your order email and approximate purchase time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
